The size of your static water capacity will be dependant on your Bushfire Management Overlay (BAL) rating and the size of your building block and may range from 2500 - 10,000 litres.

For example you may wish to increase the size so that the tank can also be used for garden watering or you might like to have your 10,000 litre requirement stored within a larger rural tank, which can also be suitable if able to be made accessible by emergency services.
